Shipping Policy

FULFILLMENT

All orders are processed and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful. Fulfillment times typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on product availability and demand. Please note, production times may be longer during peak seasons or promotions.

SHIPPING REGIONS

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders placed outside of these regions will not be processed.

SHIPPING TIMES

After fulfillment, shipping times vary based on location:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free and included in the price of each item. You won’t see any additional shipping fees at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Ascend Project is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping provider directly.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For Canadian orders, duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
